The thermic frames of fire rated panic doors are designed to decrease the transmitted heat by reflecting it to the side walls. Galvanized steel surfaces provides high protection from exterior factors and coated with epoxy powder to provide aesthetic appearance. The panic bars provide easy evacutation in case of fire danger.

The gaskets which are fixed in the inner part of the door inflate in the case of fire danger and provide gas isolation. The  fire resistant core of the door is tested and certified.

Products are CE certified and conform the German DIN and CIS GOST fire preventing norms and security regulatives.

Idra is a flexible and secure solution that responds to the needs of homes, supermarkets, hospitals, warehouses, machine rooms, cinemas, restaurants and any public building. Ideal for the division of medium sized rooms typical of 1 and 2 leaf doors. Idra is the most widely spread fire door due to its intrinsic characteristics resulting from the correct balance of various factors.

Performance, availability in standard and non-standard measurements, flush structure, strength typical of steel, transparency with fireproof glazing options, insulation qualities, wide range of colours and a cost being one of the lowest in its category due to the reduced price difference between REI 60 and REI 120.

Available in the panic-bar or handle/handle versions, with surface protective film to be removed after fitting.

Door with fireproof type approval following the UNI 9723 of MD 14/12/93, standard accessories and technical characteristics as of our production. Galvanised steel frame with “Z” profile on 4 sides with removable lower transom, painted with ties and bolt holes, auto-expanding hot fume seal, 3 standard 3 leaf hinges adjustable in height on painted steel ball, auto-closure with spiral spring incorporated in the hinge. Light ivory epoxy-polyester powder painting similar to the RAL 9010. Galvanised steel blank leaf painted or pre-painted in light ivory similar to the RAL 9010 colour with protective film to be removed after fitting. High-density insulation, mortise type lock with single cylindrical locking point with fake PVC Yale cylinder and 1 standardised cut Patent key. Accident-prevention door furniture (handle/handle) on opaque black resin plaque, internal reinforcing for fitting of standard door-closer and panic-bar and fitting of accessories even during the after-sales period. Installation on brick walls in internal locations that are not exposed to the sun and/or rain. Reversible right push or left push opening that can be decided on before fitting, minimum supply of 10 pieces. 

Leaf thickness 65 mm, leaf + frame thickness 70 mm.

Options: handle and/or panic-bar, door closer, rectangular or circular glazing, kick plates, choice of RAL paint for minimum supplies of 10 pieces, not available in non-standard sizes.
