The dock levellers & dock seals save energy resources during the loading/unloading operations from the depots & production facilities and provides wide utilization areas which provide efficiency.

Standard specifications

·       Production with strengthened steel profile

·       Can be stopped at any position and the dock position can be adjusted by hydraulic operation

·       Run-off free lipped platform

·       Made with laminated profiles, om which the movable part and the hydraulic powerpack is installed, allowing the accomodation and support of the swinging lip, when the dock leveller is in its rest position or closed

·       Composed by an electric motor of 1,5 CV, 380 V, 50 Hz at 3000 rpm and a hydraulic pump of 5 lt/min flow

·       Control box wherein the components of protection, power and operation at 24 V are placed

·       Loading capacity up to 6000 kg

·       Lip length is 400 mm

·       Standard RAL 3000 or RAL 5010 colour coated. Can be painted according to requirements of a customer

·       Hydraulic motor operates under temperature of -30 degrees/+80 degrees under Celcius
